Meal Ticket, incorporated as DB3 Mobile, Inc. dba Meal Ticket, is a Delaware corporation based in Idaho, located in the United States. We operate the Meal Ticket and Trackmax software platforms, with the website located at https://www.mealticket.com (our “Website”), and related services and business activities (collectively referred to as “Services”).

Meal Ticket respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.  This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our Website or communicate with us in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully together with the Master Services Agreement (“Subscription Term” available at https://www.mealticket.com/terms-of-use, which governs your use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or Services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We collect information from and about users of our Services including information:

• That may personally identify you, such as name, address, email address, phone number (“Personal Information”)

We collect this information:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us.
• Automatically as you navigate through the Website.  Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies.
• From third parties, for example, our business partners.

We DO NOT sell the Personal Information we collect to other parties. 

Personal Information you provide to us. 

We collect Personal Information that you provide to us through your account, engage with our business representatives, contact us through customer support, interact with us on our social media channels, and provide through the Services. For example, you may provide your Personal Information to us in the following ways:  

• Your Account. When you sign up for an account, we ask for an email address and password. Meal Ticket stores this information to help identify you when you log in. Once you've registered, you create a user profile. Your profile information includes business contact information such as your name, display name, job role, email address, website, and business information.
• Engage with our Business Representatives. Our Meal Ticket platform is designed for business and we welcome your engagement with our business representatives as we develop an ongoing relationship with you to support your business endeavors and help you to maximize the benefits available with the use of our proprietary technology solutions. This may involve your personal data as a business representative depending upon your job role in your organization. 
• Contact us through Customer Support. We provide an option for users to submit technical issues with the Services online via our customer support or to contact us to schedule a demo or ask questions. This involves submitting a request via email. We collect your email address, subject matter, and a description of the request, and may include your submission of a file for review.
• Interact with us on Social Media Channels. Like many websites, we include links to social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn. In each of these cases, you are redirected to these sites when you click on the link, and your device information is shared with the third party to process your request. We are not responsible for how your data is used by these third parties and recommend that you review the privacy policy of each of the third-party sites before deciding whether to avail yourself of these links.

Personal Information we automatically collect.

We receive some Personal Information automatically when you visit Meal Ticket Services. This includes information about the device, browser, and operating system you use when accessing our Services, your IP address, the website that referred you, which pages you request and visit, and the date and time of each request you make.

Personal Information we collect from third-party sources.

We provide a service to businesses who may provide your Personal Information to us as a business contact in the supply chain network or as an employee or agent or in some other capacity relevant to their use of Services. In this case, we rely upon the business source to have obtained any required consent, and to provide accurate information. We also integrate with third-party service providers that may share Personal Information with us in connection with your use of our Services. For example, when you download the Meal Ticket app or make online purchases, we receive Personal Information related to that action.

Personal Information of minors.

The Services are not intended for users younger than 18. We do not actively collect or otherwise process Personal Information from users under the age of 18. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has submitted Personal Information without verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her information from our files.

Personal Information we do not collect.

We do not actively collect or otherwise process personal data revealing racial origin, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data or biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation. We do not actively collect or otherwise process personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences. We do not actively collect or otherwise process personal data revealing racial origin, ethnic origin

Personal Information we collect using cookies and other tracking technologies.

We (and the third-party service providers working on our behalf) use various technologies to collect Personal Information. This may include saving cookies to your device, using pixels and similar technologies to authenticate users who access our Website. A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Website. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website. 

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your Personal Information to operate our Services, fulfill our contractual obligations in our service contracts with Distributors, Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Operators, and  to review and enforce compliance with our Terms, guidelines, and policies, to analyze the use of the Services in order to understand how we can improve our content and service offerings and products, and for administrative and other business purposes. We may also use Personal Information for subscription services, payments, sales and marketing, employee training, data analysis, security monitoring, auditing, research, and to comply with applicable laws, exercise legal rights, and meet tax and other regulatory requirements.    

In this context, the legal basis for our processing of your Personal Information is either the necessity to perform contractual and other obligations, our legitimate business interest as a provider of security services, regulatory requirements, or in some instances your explicit consent.

SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances: 

• Third-party Service Providers. We may share information we collect about you with contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business. 
• Regulatory Bodies, Public Authorities, and Law Enforcement. We may access and disclose your Personal Information to regulatory bodies if we have a good-faith belief that doing so is required under applicable law or regulation. For example, to comply with any court order, law, or legal process. 
• Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your Personal Information may be transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract.

We may also disclose your Personal Information to exercise or defend legal rights; to take precautions against liability; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Services, of any individuals, or of the general public; to maintain and protect the security and integrity of our services or infrastructure; to protect ourselves and our services from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; or to investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims or allegations. Please note that we share aggregated information and non-identifying information with third parties for industry research and analysis, demographic profiling, and other similar purposes. In addition, our Services may contain links to other websites not controlled by us, and these other websites may reference or link to our Services; we encourage you to read the privacy policies applicable to these other websites.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Meal Ticket retains Personal Information for a reasonable time period to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.

You may choose to disable your Meal Ticket account at any time. After termination or deactivation of your account, we delete your account as part of our standard delete function. However, transaction history is retained as part of financial records. We may also choose to delete your account if it has remained inactive for an extended time.  Where information has been accessed by other users and added to their accounts, these contributions will continue to be stored, displayed, reproduced, shared, re-posted, modified, and distributed, with your display name being anonymized. Where you have posted feedback and opinions to the Services, this information will be retained, shared, and re-posted with the original display name included, due to the design of the Services and integration into shared community features. Please note we may retain information within our internal systems for backup, archival, audit, or other purposes.

We retain Personal Information that we are required to retain to meet our regulatory obligations including tax records and transaction history. 

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Meal Ticket uses technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Information that we store, transmit, or otherwise process, against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. The Meal Ticket platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure, which are specifically designed to provide purpose-built data bases and end-to-end cloud security. We regularly consider appropriate new security technology and methods as we maintain and develop our software and systems. Please be aware that despite our best efforts to ensure the security of your data, we cannot guarantee that your information will be 100% secure.

Please recognize that protecting your Personal Information is also your responsibility. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your information when you are on the Internet, such as using a strong password and keeping your password secret. If you have reason to believe that the security of your account might have been compromised (for example, your password has been leaked), or if you suspect someone else is using your account, please let us know immediately.
